Lower back pain causes, spine arthritis, physician therapy. When you overuse your back it can cause back strain which leads to a possible lower back pain. A back muscle strain must be addressed as soon as possible so that the health issue does not cause further harm which may turn into a lifetime lower back pain.
When you strain a back muscle you tend to overcompensate by walking or turning in an unnatural way. This is only making matters worse as then the muscles that are strained because of the way you are now walking can cause even more lower back pain.
On the other hand spinal arthritis is something that can come with the body aging process. This also can make changes in the way you walk which can lead to the straining of back muscles.
